Paralympics: Tek Chand to be India's flag-bearer at opening ceremony

Mariyappan Thangavelu will not be part of India's opening ceremony at the Tokyo Paralympics on Tuesday evening. He has been replaced by javelin thrower Tek Chand (men's F54 event) as the country's flag bearer.
